Website overhaul
Make the company easier to understand at a glance.
The original landing page brought navigation, company context, an award, and several service areas into one dense blue-and-white composition. The company’s expertise was present, but the hierarchy made it difficult to absorb quickly.
I led the responsive redesign and implemented the landing page and supporting pages directly in WordPress and Elementor. Clearer type, image-led service chapters, and stronger separation between context and action gave the content room to work.
The shift is deliberately visible in the work itself: fewer competing messages, stronger image hierarchy, and one page language carried beyond the homepage.
Field work
Connect the interface to the environment behind it.
The project also took me into Scan-Convert’s working environment as an on-site visual resource. That field perspective helped connect the website’s polished interface to the industrial setting, people, and material behind the company.
For the website, I edited company footage into a full-screen background and shaped the surrounding text and graphic treatment around it. A short loop from the field material will make that hands-on role visible without turning the case into a motion reel.
The future loop is a bridge, not a showpiece: a brief sense of place between the website work and the portrait chapter.

Staff photography
Give the people behind the company the same consistency.
I arranged and photographed the team for the About page, then handled colour correction and transparent-background editing for each portrait.
A repeatable crop and a shared Scan-Convert palette let five individual portraits read as one flexible visual system rather than an unrelated gallery.
The portraits extend the redesign into something more human while still feeling unmistakably part of the same brand world.
Impact
The value is visible in the delivery.
The strongest evidence is practical: a broader digital presence delivered inside the existing platform, with one visual direction extending beyond the interface.
